Indian food newbie and I stumbled through the many delicious options. I would pay for a night set aside each month for how to eat Indian food 101 class. I would pay $30 for the class that instructs me to pair a mint sauce with a veggie Samosa… etc.. how to make their salad with what are those sauces??? What do you pour over what and dipping that naan in everything. The masala was my favorite and enjoyed the hot naan. I look forward to learning how to eat like a native.

I recently dined at this Indian buffet and had a fantastic experience. The variety of dishes was impressive, each bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly seasoned. The highlight, however, was the incredibly friendly staff, who made the meal even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for delicious Indian food and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Update 9/1/24 Still Fabulous! Started with the aloo appatizer, it was very light and fresh. Perfect for the hot summer weather Dinner was lamb curry and a chef special Kashmiri tabak both had amazing flavors Garlic naan was crispy and perfect We finished with the gulab juman, cooked a perfect golden brown and the cardamom syrup was so sweet it made for a great finish. 10/10 can’t wait to go back to try the buffet at lunch

You must try this place while the buffet style is still full time over the next couple of weeks. It is so delicious, and the staff are so kind and attentive and love feedback. This is exactly what Spartanburg has been missing! 10/10.

After waiting my entire life for a full service Indian restaurant in Spartanburg, the wait was well worth it! I had the privilege of checking these guys out on their first day open and I am over the top impressed! They offer a lunch buffet with a fantastic selection of different iconic Indian dishes and desserts. Everything from chicken, shrimp , vegetarian, vegan options, and endless hot fresh Naan bread. I highly recommend this restaurant! I did not get pictures of the food however I did try Everything. 4 plates full. I did get pictures of the menu though

The food was EXCELLENT. I found out about this place at ipm on a Sunday evening and callee to see if they were open. When I arrived at 730pm, I was surprised to see quite a few guests, and fresh food on the buffet. They were still keeping the food fresh at 830pm when I left. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! The Owner/Chef came out and checked on us. The wait staff seemed to be family members who have no resturaunt experience. However, they were friendly and help when asked questions. The buffet was $22 which was a little high, but the food was really good. Hopefully lunch prices are better. I WILL GO BACK OFTEN

Honestly, this is the BEST Indian food I've ever eaten, and I've tried dozens of Indian restaurants in my lifetime. I tried their lunch buffet on June 25, 2024. It is a small buffet, but everything on that buffet is mouthwateringly delicious!! My only complaint is I ate too much!! I will be a repeat customer. Well done, Garlic and Ginger!!
